    1. Data processing in the context of initiating contact:

      If you contact us (e.g. by email or phone), your data will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures or to perform the contract in order to handle or process the enquiry.

    2. Data processing in the context of your user account:

      When you register on our website, we will process the data you enter in your user account to fulfil a contractual relationship within the scope of our services. You can delete your user account at any time. After your user account has been deleted, we will delete your data within seven years.

      We will not transmit your data to third parties unless you have given your express consent to do so or have actively initiated this transmission (e.g. as part of an order).

    3. General data processing in the context of the business relationship:

      We will process your data for the formal handling of business transactions that we procure within the scope of our services (handling and administration of orders and the processing of contracts). We will process your data in order to fulfil a contractual relationship or on a legal basis in the context of a business relationship (or to manage it).

      Relevant data are transmitted in each individual case on a legal basis or for the purpose of fulfilling a contractual relationship. Where necessary, data will be transmitted to the following categories of recipients: banks, legal representatives, public accountants, auditors and tax consultants, courts, administrative authorities, collection agencies, debt financiers, contracting parties, business partners, insurance companies.

      In individual cases, other companies of the Q Point Group or hired subcontractors will also have access to personal data in connection with all data processing operations mentioned here. This access is based on the legitimate interest of the controller to provide services for customers efficiently and with a view to conserving resources.

    4. Data processing for direct marketing purposes:

      If we have received your contact information in connection with the sale or service, you will receive communications from us by mail, email and text message in order to promote our own similar products and services. In this case, your data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in initiating business with regard to our own delivery or service offer. The legitimate interest arises from our interest in sending you news in order to regularly inform you about agency news, current offers and events and to advertise our own range of services. You can object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time.

      If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive regular information from us about our agency and our range of services. The legal basis of the processing is your consent. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

      We transmit the relevant data in each individual case on the basis of your consent.

  3. We process data that we receive through your use of our website as follows:

    1. Server logs:

      When you visit our website, the web server collects usage data (so-called server logs). This collection is necessary for establishing a connection to our server and for enabling the use of our website. The following server logs are collected: the IP address of the querying computer, together with the date, time, query, the file that was queried (name and URL), the quantity of data transferred to you, a notification as to whether the query was successful, data identifying the browser and operating system used as well as the website from which access took place (if our website was accessed via a link).

      The legal basis of the processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring system security, optimising the quality of service, and for technical website administration. In the event of a hacking attack, these data will be forwarded to the law enforcement authorities. Beyond this, no data will be disclosed to third parties. The server logs will be stored for a maximum of 2 months.

    You have the right to information about the stored data according to Art. 15 GDPR, to the rectification of inaccurate data according to Art. 16 GDPR, to erasure of data according to Art. 17 GDPR, to restriction of data processing according to Art. 18 GDPR, to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR, and the right to object to unreasonable data processing according to Art. 21 GDPR.

    If processing takes place on the basis of a declaration of consent, you have the opportunity to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority which governs your jurisdiction.

    The data that we request from you is required for providing our services within the framework of the contractual relationship or for providing information that you have requested from us or for sending out our newsletter and other information. If you do not provide the required data, we will not be able to provide our services.

    There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. Should we process your personal data for a purpose other than that for which we collected the data, we will notify you of this fact and inform you of this other purpose.
